I rented a $40 truck for two days mind you I only live 9 mins away from these people. I had to drive from them then to my apt it was gonna take me all day to load the truck by myself. I had nobody so that’s why I took it for two days only thing I did was load the truck the truck stayed in my apt parking lot for over 24hrs not going nowhere until I moved to my new place which was in the same building, but different apt number now it’s time for me to drive the truck to my next apt which was still in the complex took me all day to load into my new place after I was done loading I went to cashwise 4 mins away from me. I came back to my apt parked the truck ain’t went nowhere until the morning it was time for me to take it back I went to McDonalds on my way back to the uhaul place. I had to put gas in the truck they told me it was a little off go fill it back up it was 45 cents off making me have to go in drive the truck again. I came back he talking about I drove 20mls that’s $186. I was so confused. I told him I haven’t drove 20mls he was like I don’t know, but the meter said you did when I tell you they are some liars. I will never again I’m glad their not the only uhaul company out here. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!! I was supposed to had only paid $80 since I was local but if they do go by miles $10-$20 since I had to drive it from them to myself both times my place to cashwise to cashwise back to my place my place to McDonalds McDonalds to their place and their place to the gas station they complained about over 45 cents to their place again. It’s no way I would’ve had to almost pay $200 being local. They’re definitely pocketing people money.

The staff were so helpful and friendly! They made a difficult job of moving go much easier! I couldn't be more grateful! The gentleman scraped all the ice off my windows and made sure the blades were in working order. He went above and beyond! Thank you for everything!!

Please see photos for state of facility. It’s always like this. Also, there are four loading bays, one door has been broken since I got this unit on October. It can get busy on weekends so you may have to wait to be able to get in. Since renting this unit, I have seen people coming and going on bicycles, Some piggybacking after you unlock the door. I have suspected that people live inside the units. It didn’t really bother me until recently.
Was approached my a friend of Brads (manager/owner) while I was alone at my unit. This man was barefoot, and openly told me he was staying/living in his unit. He approached me and got very much into my personal space and was browsing my unit, asking about my items. He asked me if there was stuff I didn’t want in my unit that he could have, since I have some camping gear and sleeping bags, it seems it would be useful for someone’s living in a storage unit. I no longer feel that my property is safe here. He also asked me if I was a model, when I told him I wasn’t he told me he was looking for someone to join his musical act, emphasizing that it wasn’t sexual. Several minutes passed and I attempted to carry on with my business, but he did not leave, he kept talking on about helping me if I have car trouble (??) and he continued to get closer to me (despite me trying to put distance between us). He told me if I need anything to come to his unit….I was unable to do what I needed to do and ended up closing my unit and leaving.
I went to the front office and spoke to Brad, there was no response from him,. All he said was that he was putting it in my notes. He denied that the individual was living there when another staff member asked if he was.
While I understand it is likely this individual is experiencing homelessness, it’s also not appropriate to make other others feel uncomfortable/unsafe which I absolutely did.
I just moved to this town, I know no one. I am afraid now of going to my unit but my things are there and I don’t have family or friends I could ask to come with me.
This is a very stressful experience and situation and I am very dissatisfied with the owners lack of understanding and inaction.

The owner assisted me and another younger guy. Both were extremely helpful and friendly. The check in and out process of the equipment was flawless and very easy. I thank you for your help in my moving process! Definitely would recommend to anyone!!!!

Needed propane for my grill tank. I like that U-Haul sells by the gallon. I totally inconvenienced the person at the counter. Was met with a groan and a drop of the head. Said I'll go somewhere else. Then they tried to get me to stay and they'd fill my tank. Nope I walked out. I'm sorry someone asked for some service.

I work here I love it depending on the day and customers it's fun we take our time and constantly make an effort for people who come in some things we can't help such as one-ways as each location is different but we accommodate you for all your moving needs

The U-Haul female associate was excellent. Knew after brief explanation, exactly what I needed for move. Zero to finish in 0.9 seconds flat. Maybe a little exaggerated but, absolutely no B.S. Thanks!

I've received good service at this location but today they treated the customer who was before me poorly. The guy had a quick question before he was about to leave and they told him to wait until they were finished with me. They should cut the attitude to customer that I witnessed here today. That was ridiculous.

I've been using this storage for several years now. Also very clean inside and pest free. The only problem is that the garages only work half the time. Other times, there are cars just parked there for hours. Wish it would be 24/7 service.
