Great customer service and extremely responsive customer center.I accidentally locked my locks in the trailer and they came out the next morning to help me get back in the trailer.Highly recommend to anyone!

This is our third move w/ ABF...no issues yet (SMILE). Fargo, ND crew were great. Our delivery guy- Tom was the BEST! Office/dispatch- Lynne & Twilia were on their game. We know who to go to to take care of our 'precious cargo'. Thanks!

I have used Upack twice now, both times cross country moves. They have always been reliable, a good value, and responsive to all questions. They've also been incredibly flexible. On the most recent move I had to change the ending address while still in transit.
