Checked in at 8am for a 10:30 appointment, unloaded and gone by 9am

Staff went home because of snow day and we got delayed a day which is understandable. But the following day when things cleared up, the trucks that were scheduled for the snow day had to wait until the “next day” trucks were unloaded. Pretty much got put onto the back burner because of situations out of my control. Avoid if you can. Absolutely terrible!

Never had a problem here until today, have proof for two load appointments from this storage facility to grand forks for 10:15am and 2:00pm. Arrived early for my first load, after handing slip to worker he proceeded to take a "break" and sat on his phone for a half hour to 45 minutes before loading me although I was the only truck there. Being frustrated I tried to get going as fast I could and got stuck on the completely iced over parking lot with no sand so spent 20-30 more minutes spinning wheels. After coming back for my second load at 3:10pm an hour and 10 minutes late mind you due partly to the person mentioned earlier taking his time. I was then scolded for being late by the same person as he sat back down on his phone for 20 minutes before loading another truck that came in after then me. Extremely unprofessional when I questioned him about why he didn't want to do his job and I quote told me " you should be grateful I'm even loading you when I do, I have two hours until you have to be loaded and I can take a break any d*** time I like!" I am a very polite and respectful person and I understand now why three previous drivers have quit this shuttle I'm running through this warehouse now. The person aforementioned has been mentioned to me by several people and am surprised he still works here with his little regard for others time and belittling towards those he chooses.Besides that one person giving me a hard time the office ladies are very nice and friendly as well as the place seems to be well managed for the most part.

Got there early first in line. but got told I'd need to go to a different warehouse for 3 pallets then come back and get in line again, spent 3.5 hours there. The other warehouse was a tiny road that you had to back into and around a corner on a road that was concealed by the new snow. So you couldn't see the road from the ditch. Barely made it to Minot in time to get unloaded as they close at 4pm. Not a big fan of that. Then got my return load to wait for me so I could get loaded for the return trip. So I didn't have to spend the night in Minot.

Super guys ??. Had an appointment at 8, arrived at 9. They accepted it without any problems at all. Unloaded in 40 minutes.
