I was unable to pick up Amazon packages due to limited hours on the weekends that they are open and they sent all my items back the day before I attempted to pick them up. They kept the packages less than one business week and their location. Some items were health items and were not returnable. Now I have to wait another 8 days to get replacements when I needed those things for my infant today.

Should be a 0 star but unfortunately Google won't let me. My supplier comes by with a package that he wants to send to me (USA to Canada). First they outright lie to him by telling him they can't ship to Canada because of the postal strike (even though UPS has absolutely no connection to Canada Post whatsoever), then they say they can't use accounts for counter shipments (another lie, he phoned 2 other stores who said they would have zero issues accepting the package for shipment with an account #). Bottom line is, reading some of the other comments I'd say this store is only good if you're shipping something across town. Anything more complicated than that and they literally will drive business out the door. Not a good look for UPS, needless to say corporate was VERY interested when I called them about this store's lack of customer service and total lack of procedural knowledge.

Very nice and helpful, speedy as it is busy but they do a great job helping with a smile, I have had issues with getting things on my end to work for what was needed and they have talked me through it and really appreciate the service

Had multiple dresses to return through Amazon (all black) and I tried to make it go as smooth as I could but I got mixed up in the process and the girl looked so annoyed with me and when asked if there’s anyway to back track so I can regroup and not take forever she rolled her eyes and said well I have it already printed so you better figure it out. Made me feel horrible I was obviously struggling but girl just sided eyed me with the biggest judgemental look on face.

Wow. Went in to see if I can have a document notarized and this young blond girl couldn't explain to me that there was a need for another person to notarized my documents, she could've told me that non of them could do it. Instead she turned around and left. By far the worst experience so far, I don't work there. I think she could have explained better so I would have left not angry. She doesn't have people skills. Why does she want to work in a place were she cannot be courteous.

Qr code from Amazon to scan at UPS Store, it's a bunch of crap. No help anywhere from either merchant to get a shipping label. Must drive the 50 miles and get label for shipping. SO much for FREE returns. Lot's of time wasted on this to find a solution.

I understand being safe and not taking care of packages at apartments. But if I leave a note with my name saying “hey, I’m home, please drop off the package” maybe y’all can leave the damn packages

*The store that sent me on a wild gooe chase*
I spare the details about how UPS delivery dropped the ball on me and threw me to this place in the first place.
Long story short overnight deliver on an urgent item needed to run my business wasnt negligently not dropped off at the deliver address.
When I got news it was coming here i came here to pick up once. They told me they dont know about it yet and if I wanted a chance at finding my package I would need to track down to the UPS truck, so began my wild goose chase. After wasting time with that, I had to wait til monday to come back to the store for my package once confirmed it was dropped off.
Upon arriving at the store, an hour after this notification, I was told it would be another hour until the package is ready. So my urgent package that was orignally in a truck that went right by my house 12 hours after I clicked deliver, paid up the wazoo to get in shipping fees, is still not in my hands over 3 days after the original delivery date.

Amazing service and friendly staff. Staff has always gone above and beyond to help. Tonight my Amazon packages were running a few minutes late according to the app, I told the employee working out of courtesy that I was gonna wait outside to meet the driver and wait for my packages. The employee; whom I assume was the manager; stayed late to ensure I got my packages and also called Amazons service line to see if they can make sure packages get delivered on time to the UPS store since Amazons deliveries have been late regularly over the past month or more.
You can’t ask for better service than that. This is the second instance in the past 2 weeks where the employees at this location have gone above and beyond to make sure I got my packages in a timely manner. I’m so grateful I chose this UPS store location to get a mailbox and help with all my shipping needs.
Outstanding! A+ all the way!
