Most narrow drive through I've ever been to. Both times I've been there with my pickup I've clipped the bollards with my running boards & side panels damaging my pickup. The bollards are very short & cannot see them very well.

Trash terrible customer service charged me 6 dollars for us bank checks that's one thing tried to start an account an the lady working said she didn't have time today an I was the only one in the lobby. Worst experience in a long time!

The drive through is absolutely pathetic at this location. I deposited money into what I thought was my account. Hell no, they put the over $1,000.00 deposit into my sons account. Not knowing I made a large payment on my Credit Card, well guess what happened?? I couldn't do anything until Tuesday since my account was locked up. All the nice lady could say was I'm sorry. REALLY you screw up that bad and all your going to say is that you are sorry? I'm sorry but the service at the drive through is PATHETIC! That operator can take the apology back, it meant nothing!!Go inside, good service.

Hi, I’ve been US bank for two years now overall US bank is great but yet again I just came to Fargo due to work and my home bank is in iowa it just sounds to me and from my experience with location experience within this branch is slim to none I believe they can improve on a lot of things but overall employees just need to care more about there jobs here. I gave this branch 5 stars due to my history with US bank

Only US Bank still has its lobby closed and they have the shortest banking hours ever their hours almost make it almost impossible to bank , I know of many banks that have drive through open by 7:30 am clearly this bank does not care about its customers or their time

Banking at this location is done only by appointment? Why? Wasted my lunch going to this location only to be turned away. Thanks for nothing. I'd give less stars if I could.

I have very rarely had any issues with US Bank until recently. The last 2 times I have tried to make a deposit on the weekend through the drive-through a staff member has either put my money into another person's account or has shorted me (i.e. deposit $200, balance only showing $100 was deposited).
