Us bank is the worst bank.. i regret ever opening up my business acounts with them , everything about this bank is a nightmare. I’ve been banking with them for a long time and it’s only getting worse. They will hold your checks for a business for up to 10 days.! I’ll talk to multiple other bankers from other banks and they don’t do that

After 20 years of banking with usbank I'm about to close all my accounts. They always deline my direct deposit from work. this year has been the worst. It's 7am today and I haven't get my direct deposit yet. While others banks make sure their bankers get their direct deposit Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 12am but usbank will wait until Friday at 8am! That's terrible ?

The people at this location were very snarky and rude. I went at 10am on a thursday and they all seemed unfriendly. When it was my turn to go up i wanted to break 6 20s into 5s and the lady asked for my account. I said sorry i don’t have one and she was like well we don’t help people who don’t have accounts here and turned around and left. I wasn’t doing anything with my accounts and only wanted change. If they don’t do that, that’s fine but no need to be so rude about it. I was looking for a new bank but now i will take US bank off my list of banks to visit.
