It's a nice place. They move the lines through pretty quickly. The staff are helpful and competent in their duties. They also sell packaging or mailing material. You may also go there to get a passport, but you must make an appointment. Clean, friendly atmosphere located inside of the huge government building and court house.

We stopped by because I forgot my postcards stamps. We just missed closing time and thought we'd be out of luck but yay they have a vending machine in the lobby open after hours. I bought a few for our trip and beyond. It was very convenient for our needs.

Best Post Office location in Fargo! Staff is fast and efficient, usually in and out, not too long of lines unless Holiday times, which is to be expected.

Their AI is not working properly. Impossible to call them and talk with a human agent. It is a nightmare !!!! Also always delay things by multiple days!

They don't answer the phone for me to ask quick wording about the location for verification so I don't need to drive over there. The number they give me airways asks for a some entry request number or something bc storage is full. It should not be this difficult to call and get answers about my mail from someone who is actually likely to be handling it
