The employees at this post office are some of the least professional individuals I've ever seen. They will yell at customers without provocation and demand that you give them good reviews after poor service. One of the staff actually grabbed the kiosk and gave herself a good rating when we didn't want to give a positive rating. This USPS location is truly a Kafkaesque nightmare and I advise that everyone avoid the place if at all possible.

You have to call them 6 times in a row for them to actually pick up, and when you have a question, nobody has an answer. I moved into a new house that had community mail boxes, and NOBODY can tell me which mailbox is mine. Super frustrating, especially when I have packages waiting in my mailbox.

Miserable place with miserable people. I had an important package that bounced around town for 3 days. Can't reach anybody and they'll lie to you to get you off the phone.

You wanna know something crazy yes you may be nonprofit but you know what we still pay for them to keep running. their customer service representative suck. You funny we keep paying them out of our tax pocket.

I cannot thank the lead employee and the supervisor at this location enough. They went above and beyond for me to get a package I had to have that day. They easily could have told me to keep waiting but they worked hard to find my package and allowed me to receive it before I headed out of town. A lot of respect for the employees who go out of their way with so much mail and packages each day !

There is nothing about this dang post office that has a redeeming quality. Every visit is nothing short of painful. Don’t try to call, they won’t answer. No such thing as a smiling face. My cat could be trained to work faster than these folks. And he died 2 years ago. If you have any sort of mental health issues, get those addressed before you make a trip here or you will end up in a padded room before you get to the counter.

No one answers the phone. Very annoying. The post office person continues to put packages in my small letter area. The package fits into their side of the box. However on my side the opening is not as large so I cannot retrieve it. It would seem the post office would instruct delivery on this matter. I have cut up boxes to get them out but many are too delicate to risk this. There are large package areas available but are not used. This is happening through Prairiewood in Fargo ND. I hate to think what happens in a larger city.

Since Saturday I have yet to receive my mail! This has happened several times! I'm tired of this happening. They could care less! Who else can I talk to, to take care of this since they refuse to do their jobs?

For two days in a row now, our mail carrier has tried to deliver mail to our apartment building that has a secured entrance that locks at 6pm. He/she normally comes around 5 pm, but now isnt coming till 6:30pm! Despite the FOUR notes on the door telling delivery drivers to ring the resident manager’s (my) doorbell to be let in to make deliveries after 6pm, this mailcarrier REFUSES to do so and just puts a message in that there was a problem making the delivery!
Tried calling the Trollwood distribution office but no one ever answers the phone and the voicemail is FULL!!!
