I accidentally ordered something with the wrong shipping address on eBay (forgot to update it), and as expected, the package wasn’t delivered since my name was no longer on the mailbox. I went to the location this morning to try and catch it before it was returned to the sender. While it can be tricky to find the right doorbell, I managed to use the ring system, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Not only did they assist me in hand-delivering my package, but they also mentioned that their carrier is excellent at remembering names in the area and holds packages for a couple of days just in case. I really appreciate their service!

This post office is a joke. They don’t answer the phone. I believe half the time they don’t deliver mail. Often my mail is mistakenly dropped at a neighbor’s. I received zero mail in the last three days. Very disappointed !!

Deliveries were halted because of excessive dog poop in yard. Was two piles. I cleaned it up and have been scooping it religiously for the last week and still no deliveries. Tried to call for 40 minutes straight, finally answered and said it would be delivered the next day. That was two days ago. Been trying to call off and on today and no answer. How are yall in business?

Will not answer phones. All USPS locations in area point to this office for any issues but there is seemingly no one around on phones or in the office during working hours. After waiting on hold for tens of minutes each time, voicemail box states it is full. What is going on here?

Do not answer phone calls and the mail carriers are lazy. I’m on a snow hold for less than half an inch of snow on my sidewalk.

They wouldn’t answer the phone when I called and I couldn’t even leave a message because their voicemail is apparently full. Also, our mailman is incompetent and regularly delivers our mail to the building next door or just fails to deliver our mail at all.

Missing mail, employees lying about my mail not being there when I requested a hold. Luckily I have understanding friends and a job that pays for my fuel, otherwise I'd be homeless and jobless, since I get sent paper checks... there are some good employees, but this location causes me so much stress.

Dealing with this "office"is a joke and getting my mail has been almost impossible. My mail carrier has been refusing to deliver in the snow. It's Fargo...what do you except...IT SNOWS!!! 1 hour wait times on the phone!! Seriously!!???
