A $30 service fee to help set up the $1,500 phone I just bought from Verizon is ridiculous. I’ve been to this store numerous times and the staff have always been helpful. I’m furious and disappointed, specifically with the manager. I walked in fully prepared to buy all the accessories needed for a new phone, I wouldn’t even have been a hard sell on a new watch, but I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Friendly staff but…I brought in a phone under warranty with a cracked screen. The guy who helped us tried to convince us to close that line and start a new line with a new phone number. I believe he tried that to maximize his commissions at the expense of honest customer service. We had the phone repaired under warranty at ubreakit I fix it - which is almost directly across the street.

Horrible won't help set up device but still get charged a $30 "service" fee. My phone is emitting 410 voltz/meter at 21.6°C while charging.

Incompetence and theft is all I have to say. After screwing up on my address and devices they sent me, I terminated my service all before my first billing cycle. A couple weeks later I get an email saying I owe Verizon for the devices because they think I still have them. Considering all the trouble I’ve had with Verizon it’s either because of their incompetence or someone at this store stole those devices and expect me to pay for it. Either way Verizon is a horrible cell phone company that is full of incompetence and fraud. Steer clear of Verizon because they will get to you too someday.Update: I was told that everything was solved and Verizon even responded to this post saying “they’ll look into it” and what do know, I get getting an email a week later saying I still have a balance to be paid. So much for Verizon honoring their policies. Next step will be to issue a lawsuit against these criminals, you better leave Verizon because I’m going to bankrupt them.

Poor customer service... Plain and simple. Pretty disappointed with how they deal with issues. No one can be perfect but let's try and prioritize things that we can't control. Did not set up proper expectations for work promised.Lack of prioritizing people that currently do business with Verizon.

Horrible service. Asked if we could do a phone transfer instead of the iCloud transfer, but was shot down. Now all my pictures from the past 6-7 years are completely gone and I have no conversations that I had. Do better Verizon.

Came in about a bill question. As soon as the rep realized it was not a sale he immediately changed his attitude. Rep did not even try to get into my account either to help me. Was simply told they could not help me! Can see why everyone in the area goes to the BeMobile stores and not corporate. Will do my business with them for now on

Edit: After reaching out to Verizon for an update, I was able to resolve this completely. I didn't really expect a full resolution and I would have settled for someone to listen to me and acknowledge that what happened was wrong. Robin (Customer Service) actively listened to me and advocated for me as a customer. Verizon made this right and I did not have to pay for a phone they promised would be free. Robin also got my plans close to what I was promised on the day I switched. (hidden fees and taxes jacked it way up) The initial mistakes were bad but Verizon backed up their product and made it right.Bait and Switch. I really want to believe this was by accident but I'm still on the hook for $600. I Opened a new account with 3 lines. My wife and I were different carriers and my Mom was a Verizon customer. I got my Wife and Mom "Free" phones as they only wanted basic phones. Zach was very personable and very helpful. He upsold me on a couple things and even gave me the Port number to transfer our numbers to the new devices with an explanation of how to use it. He even commented that my Mom would be easier to transfer the number because she was a Verizon customer. Today I transfer the number and find out I lose the promotional credit for the new phone because her number was already a Verizon number so now I get to pay for the phone. I'd say it's my fault for letting my guard down but how am I supposed to know all these little exceptions and rules? Chat support could not care less. I explained that I was given bad info and now I have to pay for it and their response was, "Exactly". (I could feel the shrug and yawn from them) So, friendly service with bad info and a $600 loss. Lesson learned by me. Hopefully it won't happen to you.

The Verizon store employees on 19th Ave n Fgo don't know what they are doing. Couldn't trsf info from one phone to my new one and are very slow.

Because I planned to purchase a new phone, I wanted to contact this store to get my questions answered before I came. I tried 6 times to call and could not get past the Verizon assistant nor Verizon Customer Service. Needless to say, I'm going to find another store to make my purchases.

We received excellent service during or recent visit. The manager Brian took time to do a return on our trade in phones with no appointment. The store was very busy. Brian made time to take care of us. Thanks Brian!

Do NOT go here.Total waste of time. They’re friendly in person but don’t give straight answers. I’m looking for a simple internet solution I urgently need for work but they have dragged this out 3 weeks and I still don’t feel any closer to a solution. Every agent and manager has a different (conflicting) answer, all of them wrong. Several of them lied to my face, and they always always try to upsell.There’s no listed local number to call, and when you do call the number, no one answers anyway. I appreciate the friendliness but I’d rather have clear answers and a solution. After 3 visits for 6+ hours and endless questions across 3 weeks, I finally gave up.I recommend you don’t even bother. I’m looking for a new carrier.
