“I really enjoy ordering in bulk! Things I use a lot of are cheaper in bulk. Also, being able to choose your store to have your items shipped to is awesome. Not every store carries the same items, so it's kind of a treasure hunt when you see things online that you've never seen in the store! There are some items that can't be shipped in with the regular truck delivery, so you have to pay UPS shipping (expensive), but I don't do that too often; only if it's something I truly need.Monday, July 5, 2021I have finally gotten around to opening some of my packages. One box has the correct orange label, but what's inside is not what I ordered. I ordered windshield cleaner. I got very ugly tablecloths. This has happened before. Once, I ordered grey washcloths, and they sent me green. The store manager went to the shelves and pulled all of the grey ones off and we just switched them out. Today, I called the store to let them know what happened and a lady told me that I have to call CS. I told her that I have spoken to them in the past, as well as the manager who switched out my washcloths, and they say that if it's in the store, I can get them off the shelves. This lady, Emma, maybe, told me that whomever told me that was wrong. So after I got off the phone with her, I called CS. Guess what they said? I have to take the wrong item to the store that I picked it up at, and if they have the correct item in stock, I can switch it out! The other option is CS can issue a refund, but they can't reship the item. Now I have to call the store back and tell the lady that what I said before is correct and verified by CS.”

“I absolutely love OUR "(DG)" Dollar General! The staff including the managers are super friendly, helpful, and most of all hard workers!
I have never entered DG and not received an enthusiastic "Hello" with a duchenne smile, always making you feel wonderfully welcomed.
I prefer to go to "DG" than any other store in my area because of those reasons.
Plus, they seem like they are enjoying their job and making small talk with all or most their frequent "flyers" costumes and ones that are not. Very nice, and polite.
They are extremely helpful too, I was looking for something one day, I couldn't find it, ( it was out of stock) by the next time I went into DG the manger had remember what I was looking for and walked over to me and softly but excitedly mentioned that they have it in now! I mean, that is fabulous customer service!
So, here's to my "DG" for being the best store in my area!
