They delivered my package to a random location refuse to tell me or ask for signatures to sign off even after the fact they knew there was issues anyways an sent to the random location then I asked for a manager and they refuse to give me one

You mark my packages “delayed due to severe weather” almost every single day. So many time they get sent back. Seriously, you’re the absolute worst.

Had important document needed a signature. Paid $5 extra to have the pakage delivered between 6pm-8pm since I get home around 6:30pm and still tries to deliver around 1:30pm. Now I have to pick it up at the store and wasted $5.
