Basic oil and filter change, no complaints about the actual service. My issue was that after I pulled in I showed the attendant the coupon from Jiffy Lube in my email (which had not expired), and was told that it might not work and there was no way to know until after the service was performed. Well, after the service was performed my coupon “was not recognized” by the system. My other coupon was also “not recognized” by the system, but the attendant found a $25 off coupon in the system to use. Generally I change my own oil because of the cost, but I thought I’d go in for 50% off.
The staff was nice, the service was fine, but I probably won’t go back if I’m expecting to use a coupon.”
“We always have an amazing experience, but today the staff truly went above and beyond. To start, I forgot to grab my kid's activity bag to keep them occupied while we wait. They decided to go ask for a couple pieces of paper to color on and one of the ladies working asked them for their favorite characters and printed them a few pages each of coloring pages. Then, as my vehicle was finishing service it started downpouring. The man helping me check out after the service put on his jacket and personally went outside to bring my vehicle back into the bay so I didn't need to load up my kids in the pouring rain. Absolutely amazing and genuine service and kindness!”
