“Had some work with Golden rule a few months ago and had a noise that needed attention again. Turns out there was a bad part that they took care of under warranty from the last work that was done which was better than I expected. I was fully expecting to shell out hundreds for another repair but this was a nice surprise when everything was covered underneath warranty. “I was visiting Grand Forks from out of state and noticed my car became very loud somewhere on the way here. I figured my muffler needed to be replaced, so I called National Muffler and set up an appointment to repair it before my drive home. They began my appointment on time, took a quick look under the car, and determined that my muffler was ok. They did cut out a piece of exhaust pipe that had rusted through and they welded in new pipe. It took 30 minutes and only costed $60. The vehicle sounds quiet again. Cannot thank this place enough for being so honest and efficient!”
