“There's nothing that brightens my day quite like walking in to get my vehicle serviced and seeing Braden waiting for me. He’s always attentive, helpful, and somehow ready to take on whatever mechanical nonsense my vehicle decides to throw at him that day.

“I was visiting Grand Forks from out of state and noticed my car became very loud somewhere on the way here. I figured my muffler needed to be replaced, so I called National Muffler and set up an appointment to repair it before my drive home. They began my appointment on time, took a quick look under the car, and determined that my muffler was ok. They did cut out a piece of exhaust pipe that had rusted through and they welded in new pipe. It took 30 minutes and only costed $60. The vehicle sounds quiet again. Cannot thank this place enough for being so honest and efficient!”

“I recently brought my car here to have the struts replaced, and the mechanical work on the struts was done properly. However, during the repair, an issue came up with my windshield wipers. When I brought it back, the team tried their best to resolve the wiper issue, but during the process, the front windshield was accidentally cracked.
What makes this shop stand out is their complete honesty and integrity. The owner immediately took full responsibility for both issues without any hassle. They fully refunded the cost to repair the windshield at another glass shop and did not charge a single dime for all the extra time spent trying to fix the wipers.
