“Very friendly staff, outstanding service, and nice ice skates available to rent! Wide selection of other sports gear including rollerblades, hockey gear and snowshoes. Dale was very knowledgeable and helped get us suited up for some ice skating. ⛸️ ? I definitely recommend this place if you need to pick up some rental gear. ?”
“The customer service is amazing! I live in Texas and while on vacation in Grand Forks, I went to Scheels for the first time. Everyone was so friendly. I was greeted by every employee I came in contact with. I bought a shirt to bring home as a gift for my husband. When I got home with it, the size was too small. I was so disappointed because I lost the receipt and tag and figured I was out of luck. Taking a chance, I called the store and explained my situation. I spoke with Aryana, who offered to exchange it for me, but needed to check with her manager. She called me back, said she was sending me a return label to send back the shirt. She then said that once she received the shirt back, she would ship another size if they had it or send me a gift card. I can't tell you how much this meant to me! My husband now has his new shirt and if they ever open a store in Houston, I will definitely be a regular customer. You just don't see this level of customer service these days! I am a very grateful customer!!”

“Just went in for a skate sharpening. Bought a couple things anyways. The staff was quick and very helpful. Even answering some of my sons ridiculous questions. Everything is setup nice, clean and pretty easy to quickly find what you’re looking for with a pretty decent selection.”
