The store clerk on the inside with the multicolored hair has the most polite introduction and referral to the shop that's open on some holidays. I had a thermostat replaced and antifreeze flush, absolutely no more overheating in 1,300 miles driving.”

“So I’ve had to deal with tow company’s on a few different occasions. I won’t say who they were but I can tell you I dreaded calling them every time because they always found some way to pull one over on me. I just stopped trusting them and tried to find ways to deal with problems myself or any other way. My father had problems with his vehicle and gave 701 towing a call and all he had for Brandon was praise. Shortly after that experience I need assistance with removing a stripped lug nut, gave Brandon a call. All I can say is he restored my faith in people. Was a very very nice guy and super helpful! I needed my tire off to change my battery and he offered to stay and put it in for me. Needless to say he earned a generous tip. Great guy, easy to talk to, and super reliable! I recommend him to everyone I know!”
