They have pumps that play ads. None of the buttons on the gas pump mute that ads. They just blare ads at you while you're required to stand there pumping your gasoline. Awful. I hate it. I'm never coming back to this particular station.

Called about a missing key got hung up on and called back and they couldn't even look. Poor customer service.

store was dirty. couldn't find sugar for the coffee, asked 2 employees and neither cared enough to respond. neither cappuccino machines were working but there was only a small sign on one of the flavors of one macine. cashier was rude and uncommunicative. Did not offer a receipt. it just didn't seem like they wanted to be there and took it out on the customers. And when I tried to contact Casey's, their page just kept taking me to Google maps when I tried to select the location. Would not recommend.

Perhaps the nicest attendant ever. Saw me walk in exhausted and just pointed to the coffee. Short but delightful conversations at the register. You could tell she gets along well with the local folks

Overall good experience. Red haired lady that waited on me was fantastic and very nice. Problem was, there were 5 people in line and she was the only one at the counter while 2 other ladies were in the office just off the counter laughing and giggling on the computer and ignoring her and the long line of people.

Womens bathroom was atrocious. Toilet hadn't been flushed. Soap dispenser empty. Trash can brimming over. Chose not to use it

Sadly, this is not the best Casey’s around. The bathrooms were dirty. The garbages by the gas pump were all full and you couldn’t put anymore trash in them. There were 2 employees, the one was outside smoking. If you have time to smoke, you have time to empty the garbages. The workers weren’t friendly. Snack selection was decent so that’s why they get a 2 star.

Browns short curly hair lady was extremely rude because I came in 5 minutes before closing and turned the lights on me so I could not purchase phone accessories due to not seeing.
Worst customer experience ever.
