They quoted me a high amount, but within a week I had the car back at roughly half the quoted price. The man at the desk stated that we only do what we have to do. There's a lot of repair services that aren't that honest. They will now be my primary service center.”

“Jeremy and the entire team here are amazing when it comes to customer service. I had a cracked windshield and originally was referred to Safelite. They wouldn’t do the work and I was at a loss of what to do. I went to Muscatell for an eyesight issue and explained the whole situation before being sent to the collision center to speak to Jeremy. (Ardin was the gentlemen at the main dealership service center. He was very transparent and didn’t want to charge me twice for something that would be fixed after the windshield replacement. He grabbed a mechanic and they were both at a loss for what I was being told by Safelite. They both were honest and only wanted to help me out without charging me a dime.). Jeremy at the collision center, went above and beyond to help me out. As far as calling my insurance company to get the referral sent to them. It was an incredibly kind gesture and one I wasn’t expecting. After spending 20 minutes in their office, and speaking to my insurance, everything was sorted out and a weight was off my shoulders. It was incredible service and made me feel like a valued client. After getting the referral transferred to them, Jeremy was in constant communication and kept me up to date on the process. Within 2 days, they were able to schedule me and get the windshield replaced. I will only be bringing my vehicles into them from now on. If you want world class customer service this is the place to go. Thanks again for everything!”

“My car was throwing codes. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Over the phone I got a quote for the same fix from another shop, and that quote was about $20 lower. However, the final bill from UA ended up being $40 less than the original estimate anyway. It wasn't cheap; auto repairs seldom are, but the folks at UA treated me right. I'll go back again.”
“I gotta say this man Ben is awesome. I was referred to by a friend and I was scared to bring my car there. Let me tell you but once I met Ben I knew right there and then I was OK. Told him what was going on with the car he said don’t worry about it. I got you price was actually cheaper compared to all the other guys I’ve took in my car into and I am very proud of this guy.
