“Clean facilities and helpful accommodating staff! Tyler was there with an answer for any questions I had and made the move-in process easy. Large gate with security system leaves me feeling like my belongings will be safe and secure. And someone is always on site during business hours, which I love! Anytime I needed to move stuff, I was able to rent a U-Haul truck there as well. Extremely convenient and I would recommend this location to any of my friends and family! 5 STARS*****”

“I had a temperature controlled unit for a little bit when I moved. The facility was clean and secure and it was nice that they had a cart I could use to move my items from the door to my unit instead of having to carry every box one by one down the hallway.”

“This is my initial review of the storage. Since my first day of use here (May 16, 2026), some errors occurred in the system, so I couldn't access the storage with my entry code. However, the customer service team works even on weekends, and they tried to solve my problem and were able to get me into the storage. I would say that the best thing would be for nothing like this to happen, but sometimes it does, and the key is how you handle the situation. They did a great job!”

“Dakota Storage Products was great to work with from start to finish. They helped me get the pallet racking I needed, and the whole process was straightforward and smooth. A huge shoutout to Kari as she was absolutely phenomenal. She was knowledgeable, quick to respond, and made sure everything was handled right. You can tell she actually cares about her customers and takes pride in her work, which makes a big difference. Good service is hard to come by these days, and Kari delivered. “This storage facility is awesome.Wayne (Fargo location) went above and beyond being helpful. I haven’t had my car out of storage for a year. Wayne was right there to connect battery cables, check my oil, and persevered when my rear tire was rusted and stuck. Wow! Also…. Last winter when I thought I had locked my storage when it was freezing cold , he called to let me know my garage was not locked. I sent him a key and he took care of it . I reside out of state and feel 100% certain I chose the right storage facility. Happy yo give them my business!! Thanks Wayne!!”
