Because of previous poor programing where I had purchased it, transferring the information was very difficult. However, they spent a lot of time trying various ways ways until they figured it out. They also were very helpful getting the best deal for me.”
“One of my favorite shops in Jamestown. Staff has always been decent. Definitely carry my favorite brands & then some. Always a sale on cool items. Stop in & check them out! Only thing I wish would change is the location. Not a fan of that spot. Hope they can move into their own new shop one day. Will always continue to shop at H.O.E. ??”

“This store is always clean and tidy, and I'm a clean freak. So, I'm pretty critical. I appreciate the staff working hard to keep the store clean. The staff is always friendly, and work hard. I love this store and spend way too mich money here. But I totally recommend stopping and browsing.”
