“They have wonderful customer service and they carry such a unique variety of product. the only issue I had is there's nothing a little more for the once in a while Carpenter and like less expensive power tools but they do carry very good quality product plus they allow pets and on a leash if they're friendly I enjoy going there and I will continue to patronize this business happily”

“One of my favorite shops in Jamestown. Staff has always been decent. Definitely carry my favorite brands & then some. Always a sale on cool items. Stop in & check them out! Only thing I wish would change is the location. Not a fan of that spot. Hope they can move into their own new shop one day. Will always continue to shop at H.O.E. ??”

“Awesome place as always. Usually have what I’m after & in a few different options. Most of the staff is pretty decent & don’t mind helping you. There are a couple different ways of getting into this location making your flow of travel much smoother. So far so good with the place. No complaints.”
