“I went in originally to fix a billing issue with reoccurring YouTube charges I thought I had cancelled, however my rep Jordan found out for me that I was actually eligible for a new phone at a great deal I couldn’t pass up, also we got to talking about capabilities with certain programs related to music production (something we both had in common after I mentioned the program “logic pro”)
and was frustrated that the iPad I currently had under my plan iPad (A16) couldn’t operate this program. We did the math on it and figured out that the M5 processor iPad Pro would be a good choice and I upgraded that as well!
(I was originally going to get a new MacBook from Best Buy but this ends up

He was super helpful with providing options and with his sales skills without coming off as “overselling” which I appreciated.

“Teri gave way better customer service compared to the corporate Verizon store by the mall. I do wish they told me a bit more about the prices of accessories but they did waive a lot of fees and helped fix the issues caused by the corporate location by the mall. Overall 5 outta 5 stars for Teri and her coworkers”

“To be fair I think it would be pretty tough to give a place five stars being it's a Walmart and kind of a disaster at times. But the North Walmart in Bismarck traditionally has good people working there and a much better atmosphere than the southern one. But overall with the pitfalls the pluses and minuses they do make it affordable for most people to just live in this horrific economy horrific economy”
