“Lived here for a year back in 2023 and it was great. My building was quiet and we never had any issues! We barely had any if at all maintenance requests. Loved having an in unit washer and dryer. My living room set up was my favorite too!! So cozy! Sad we had to leave but Military life!! We did have something stolen out of our garage once because it got stuck open due to them pushing snow up against the garages. I dog just enough to be able to get out open but wouldn’t close”

“I rented one of the units on 20th Ave nw for about three years. The initial application process was fast and easy. It was my first time living in my own and I remember they were very helpful with any questions I had. I was able to tour the apartments the day I inquired. Any time I had an issue with the unit maintenance was always quick to respond. And whenever I locked myself out (life happens) I never had to wait too long. For the most part I was left alone which is really nice! And whenever I wasn’t they made sure to call or leave a note on the door whenever they wanted to go in the unit or were doing maintenance (which was only a handful of times). My only gripe is towards the last year I lived there they stopped being as strict with pet owners about dog poop. When I first moved in they would leave notes on our doors and even have doggy bags outside for people to use to deter them from leaving their pet’s waste on the grass. There started to be dog poop everywhere and that sucks. The only reason I moved is because I left the state, if I was still in Minot I’d still be there. IPM has been great to me. From a lot of the reviews I read it sounds like people didn’t read their leases. Yes, you will be charged for cleaning, especially the carpet. Yes, if you don’t pay rent you will be in bad standing with them. If you’re a good tenant (I use good loosely here, literally just pay your rent and don’t be disruptive to others) you’ll have a good time with them. Thank you IPM for a good 3+ years 💗.”
