Only people I will rent through in minot! They’re so professional and welcoming. Anytime I have an issue it doesn’t take long for someone to fix anything I need, Ms. Selena is amazing! If you are looking for a place .. SMC IS IT!

They are the only respectful/ caring property management team I've ever dealt with. I rent a lot from them now, and dint ever have any problems. They are understanding, and work with you on anything.
