“Great customer service. The vehicle we wanted was in a accident, yet he found one that fit our family & suitcases with 8 miles on it! We definitely put miles on between Minot,ND & Colorado! We had a safe vehicle that provided us GREAT MEMORIES! Also had a really nice guy working with us. And he checked on us after we were home a few days. Super nice! He deserves a bonus, dinner, Disneyland or something to put up with crabby, packing, girl mom me!!!”

We had an issue with our car that we rented (at neither party’s fault) and we were provided with a replacement car in a very timely manner. They were attentive to our needs and made sure that we were ok. They were responsive to communications throughout our entire experience. We will continue to use Enterprise anytime we fly in to Minot. Overall excellent experience from pick up to drop off!”

I called to confirm a few weeks prior that everything was still good to go because I was a little concerned with the low reviews and the shortage on rental cars, but everything went really well. We were helped by a very friendly gentleman at the counter at both the pickup and drop-off, and everything went pretty smooth.”
