“Took my granddaughter here to get her ears pierced.She was really nervous, but the young lady who was doing the piercing was very calm, cool, and calmed her down quickly with her soothing reassurances.She made the comment that I was lucky to get to hang out with my granddaughter and said she wished she could hang out with someone so cool.Well, this made my granddaughter's day, and she smiled as the piercing took place.
