“I have never had a shopping experience like the one I had at this Old Navy, Shelby was amazing, accommodating, personable and went above and beyond to make my daughter comfortable while I shopped. She assisted me with finding sizes and sections of the store that I couldn't find right off hand. At checkout the cashier was very nice and even allowed me to go grab an item that I wanted but wasn't sure about the price. Excellent experience all around!!”

The young lady was more than attentive when it was my turn. I ended up buying another hat while getting my old one cleaned.”

“I have shopped here religiously for years, but this store has exceeded my expectations since moving to ND in 2019. Staff is always friendly & helpful, and today just takes the cake. My husband was running errands before a camping trip this weekend and I told him I needed a swimsuit - since most of my clothes are from here, I gave him my sizes and told him to ask for help if needed. Whoever worked today did a wonderful job helping him find swimsuits for me - and I am so grateful for the patience and hard work of that staff member. Thank you!”

I got the text today that my box was done and was so happy when i seen they took all but 2 items for a nice payout! The girl working today was very stressed as she was having a computer issues and many customers waiting to be helped. But she kept her cool and got everyone taken care of!”

“When shopping for a birthday present for my son I realized the local store didn’t have what I wanted. The staff was more than willing to accommodate. Not only was I greeted upon entering I was taken care of throughout the process and my desired items were ordered. I paid the extra shipping charge to ensure the items would be delivered on time, but they did not arrive as expected (which was no fault of Zumiez, but rather the fault of the shipping company). Someone decided to go the extra mile to leave a note on the receipt (picture included with post) with items which did indeed make me smile. Great customer service from beginning to end.
