“The staff here at Hot Topic have known me for years, I used to regularly come in with my family and friends. They have the best conversation and always have something in stock to show me. They all deserve raises. They take a typical hot topic experience and make it special. Expert staff. Store is always clean and neat. 10/10.”

The workers know value when they see it and make sure everything on their racks are up to standards or above! The clothes prices are affordable and it always feels amazing to save money! I had 3 employees helping me.
A man, a blonde girl and a brunette girl, (I don’t remember names) helped me.
Buckle is known to be “overbearing” but I LOVE IT.
I believe it shows actual customer service.
They all were attentive and helpful.
I didn’t have to ask for a single thing, they were one step ahead on my needs.
They even accurately guessed pants and shoe size just by looking at me.
They were also nice to my baby who was not having fun shopping with me.
I hope they know that their style of service should be the standard.
No one was on their phone everyone acted like they cared I was there.

“I had to go to Zumiez this morning to swap my daughter's hoodie for a different size. The cashier (receipt says cashier ML1132) was friendly and grabbed the replacement hoodie for me. Another worker had arrived for work around the same time and made friendly conversations while the other worker grabbed the hoodie. Sadly I'm bad with names and always forget to grab them for these reviews ?. They were the only two there this morning if that helps. Overall very pleasant experience!”

“Minot store is quite small. Lack of boys and junior ladies clothing and selection. The coupons Kohls sends out have been changed and you no longer save the $$$ you did previously. Store was clean. Just always looks just on the verge of closing. Nice to see the Sephora inside. The gal was very nice.”

“Nice store, we'll organized and nice people. Definitely want to day thank you to both Sebastian and Shelby. Sebastian helped us and made sure to find out a price for a sale item that he needed help to determine. He asked Shelby and she was very nice and patient and showed him how to look it up. Shelby also checked us out and made sure we got the best price on the two jean hoodie coats. We will definitely ship with them again!”
“I have shopped here religiously for years, but this store has exceeded my expectations since moving to ND in 2019. Staff is always friendly & helpful, and today just takes the cake. My husband was running errands before a camping trip this weekend and I told him I needed a swimsuit - since most of my clothes are from here, I gave him my sizes and told him to ask for help if needed. Whoever worked today did a wonderful job helping him find swimsuits for me - and I am so grateful for the patience and hard work of that staff member. Thank you!”
“Stephen the older taller gentleman, was helping so many little girls who were struggling with fit/cut/size etc for back to school. He was suuuuper busy. I pulled so many jeans down to try on and he never missed a beat to open a dressing room door. I drove 2 hours out to try on jeans because I’ve been wearing AE since middle school and have a toddler now. Finding my size or something that fit was rough. Stress overwhelmed me and I about cried that day in the store. He helped my friend and I with sizing and pulled out triple 0s which I had no clue was a thing. He grabbed every one he could find that I could try on even if it was only the option of ordering it online in the right color. (Was specifically looking for black jeans since I started a new job) I bought 2 pairs in store, and even though I couldn’t order the other two right then ,(I explained how I was locked out of my banking app so I wasn’t able to check how much I had), he gave me the information on how to use the barcode on the jeans to be able to order them at home. All n All buying the right pants and trying to find the right fit can make a girl cry ( it wasn’t just me I heard at least 2 other girls struggling and almost cry that he did help find the right jeans for) . Forever grateful and thankful for this guy, I hope many people would help him like he helped us, because he truly deserves the most in this life.”
“Great place after I had my experience with the buckle I went to Maurice's they have mostly the nicest employees I think I've only had one bad experience which to me is a win and it wasn't a big deal but the ladies there were so Sweet and I found kan cans cheaper than the buckle there another win they don't annoy you at ur dressing room either like that other store”

Plus some who found a home in North Dakota. The business showcases not only the talent of those mentioned above. It includes the owners and employees of the store.
