From the very beginning, Carol truly went above and beyond. I called during my lunch break and didn’t have time to explain my situation fully. She called me back right away, walked me through multiple options, and was incredibly patient throughout the process. Even with a little phone tag, she stayed warm, friendly, and consistent. What stood out most was that she genuinely cared. She made me feel like it was not just about making a sale, but about making sure I had the right experience and the right fit.
When we met in person, she was warm and really listened to my concerns, offered thoughtful advice, and even suggested trying a different brand to make sure I felt confident in my decision.
I also want to highlight Pam- she coined the term bed emergency which honestly made the whole situation feel lighter. You can tell that Carol and Pam had a camaraderie that made you feel like part of a team. What impressed me the most was that the ladies didn’t make me feel rushed even when I came during closing time. In fact, they stayed after hours and made sure everything was taken care of!
Carol’s level of care and attention reminded me what great service should feel like, especially for an huge investment like a bed!
