“My visit to mattress firm was pleasant. This was the first time I'd gone to purchase a mattress in years. Everyone was helpful in assisting me in finding the right fit for me, that was also within my budget. It was a very low stress time which is very appreciated.”

“The managers Zach and Pam have been helpful by ordering me a mattress they didn’t have in the store. Along with giving me a good Labor Day sale and saved about $500. Zach also explained to me they offer monthly payment plans just to be able afford a luxury brand mattress and they carry the same quality mattresses without the brand name as other options for affordable mattress. Pam kept me updated for the ordering and was helpful with the process. Along with sending me calls and text messages to inform me when my mattress will be delivered. Overall this experience was good quality service, especially from managers. Keep up the good work!”

“Wonderful experience. We bought a couch end of last year and experienced issues with it earlier this year. After reaching out to the customer care team they worked with us to get it exchanged. The process was smooth and everyone was so helpful and nice, Andrea in service and Tracey in sales are amazing to work with.”
