From the very beginning, Carol truly went above and beyond. I called during my lunch break and didn’t have time to explain my situation fully. She called me back right away, walked me through multiple options, and was incredibly patient throughout the process. Even with a little phone tag, she stayed warm, friendly, and consistent. I also want to highlight Pam- she coined the term bed emergency which honestly made the whole situation feel lighter. What impressed me the most was that the ladies didn’t make me feel rushed even when I came during closing time. In fact, they stayed after hours and made sure everything was taken care of!

Carol’s level of care and attention reminded me what great service should feel like, especially for an huge investment like a bed!

“Don't go shopping for mattresses often but my wife and I had a blast with Jared and Ashley picking out a mattress and base. Jared is New but is well on his way to be a good salesman. Ashley was great and knowledgeable of the products.
