“I was on the phone with AT&T (the 1877 number) and HBO max yesterday for 1 1/2 trying to get my HBO to work on my phone most of the time they had me on hold they could not figure it out called the AT&T store on Broadway he said call the HBO people so as frustrated as I was I just said I will try the store in the mall so I did and Shay answered asked if I lived in Minot and since I did my son took the phone up to her and he said the problem was fixed in less the five minutes. I am so grateful for Shay fixing the problem this lady knows her job. THANKS AGAIN SHAY.”
