Awful delivery driver. Today my driver sped down my dirt road and hit a tree branch as they were turning around in the middle of the road. Sometimes they don't even deliver the mail because they say my truck is blocking the mailbox???? My truck is parked on my property, no where near blocking the mailbox. I think it is laziness. Unfortunately it is Saturday, but I will be talking to USPS next business day.

Staffs overworked, hire more people. Wait time to pick up mail can be long, not due to workers ability but due to their quantity.

My mailman refuses to drop off packages for no reason then lazy. He didnt drop any of my mail off yesterday, just took it back to the main building. I live 15 min from there and have no car. He doesnt care. Now I have to figure out a way to get to the post office AGAIN! Every time. I even left him a note stating I give him permition to leave my packages on the road. As I have the email notification so I know what mail Im getting before the day even starts. He told me to do that then when I did he refused...

Went in to do a change of address form and they said they no longer do physical forms and we should do it online. When I explained that I have had my cc info stolen last time I filled out a form on their website and was not willing to pay money to fill out the form I was told our only option would be to drive out to Surrey or Burlington! This post office is basically not functioning at this point since they can't process forms and won't deliver mail to the correct addresses.

I’ve never had so many missing or mis-delivered packages in any other place I’ve lived. This happens way too often.

I love calling for 3 hours straight and getting no answer. Mail box full? Figures...?
Update: 07/15/2024
I have lost two packages now in the span of this month, with multiple issues costing me about 3 to $4k impact on my business. WILL BE REQUESTING FROM ALL SELLERS I BUY FROM NOW TO USE A DIFFERENT CARRIER. This company needs to go out of business ASAP and is rotten to the core. Do not give it your business!!!
Representative told me, and I quote, "We are only responsible for delivering packages, not holding or contacting people." Which is like a restaurant taking its sweet time making your food and not notifying you of any delays or checking up on you. 0 stars, I will celebrate when this delivery carrier gets taken out of business.

I recently had a package shipped from Louisiana to Minot, ND. The package went from Louisiana to Memphis, TN. Then for some reason it went from Memphis to Miami, FL. A week later it finally went back to Memphis and then to Minot after a couple weeks. Unfortunately this is fairly common living here.
Just today I had a package in Minot go out for delivery. Then for some reason that afternoon it showed up in Bismarck, ND. I don’t why. Maybe one day it will come back to Minot and get delivered.
I’d try to ask the post office for help but good luck. If you file a lost mail search, they might reply in a couple weeks. That’s only after you resubmit your request a couple times.
Save yourself the time and frustration. Use UPS or FedEx.

If you've ever had to deal with this place you'll know exactly why they have such a low rating. Their employees are negative help and they have a long and repeating history of package thefts.

Haven’t received my mail this year. Called several times with no answer. Made several incident reports with 1-800. When they do contact, they just say it’s the carriers fault. Yet my mail is being returned to sender with a yellow label stating I moved with no forwarding address. I went into this office in person and was treated so poorly and so rude. I was kind and just wanted to see if anything I could do to help fix it being I haven’t received any mail, which includes important pieces like utilities, business, etc. I literally left crying. No reason to be mean. I just simply asked. I feel I’m not the only person struggling with this. However she did throw a pile of mail that was just local magazines and flyers. Stated it was on hold…..I never placed a hold….

This post office is unprofessional and has had a lot of mail sent to me and everywhere I have never authorized to be sent to. I'm missing a lot of original documents and mail for me to correspond to and I have had to report this as well.

My address was considered abandoned back in nov of 2023, since than i've tried to get it reactivated. I filled out the card left in the mailbox to show it wasnt abandoned. I called the local post office, and no one picks up, and I get a message that the inbox is full. I tried calling the national USPS number, created an incident with them. My local USPS actually tried to call me back once, but I was asleep (I warned them I worked nights). They left no message, and I called back, and no one ever answers. I physically went into the USPS, explained the issue. They said they didnt have any official forms, but had me fill out my info on scratch piece of paper and they would let the courier know to deliver my mail to my box again.
2 weeks later, my mail still isnt being delivered, Im getting phone calls from other places asking if I've moved because my mail is being returned to them.
