“The staff here at Hot Topic have known me for years, I used to regularly come in with my family and friends. They have the best conversation and always have something in stock to show me. They all deserve raises. They take a typical hot topic experience and make it special. Expert staff. Store is always clean and neat. 10/10.”

“I had to go to Zumiez this morning to swap my daughter's hoodie for a different size. The cashier (receipt says cashier ML1132) was friendly and grabbed the replacement hoodie for me. Another worker had arrived for work around the same time and made friendly conversations while the other worker grabbed the hoodie. Sadly I'm bad with names and always forget to grab them for these reviews ?. They were the only two there this morning if that helps. Overall very pleasant experience!”

“I have never had a shopping experience like the one I had at this Old Navy, Shelby was amazing, accommodating, personable and went above and beyond to make my daughter comfortable while I shopped. She assisted me with finding sizes and sections of the store that I couldn't find right off hand. At checkout the cashier was very nice and even allowed me to go grab an item that I wanted but wasn't sure about the price. Excellent experience all around!!”

She picked out the perfect shirt for my grandma within 5 minutes, even from the clearance rack.Thank you for helping me with my Mother’s Day gifts as they are so hard to shop for. Will be returning for birthday’s, Christmas, etc.”
“Minot store is quite small. Lack of boys and junior ladies clothing and selection. The coupons Kohls sends out have been changed and you no longer save the $$$ you did previously. Store was clean. Just always looks just on the verge of closing. Nice to see the Sephora inside. The gal was very nice.”

“Great place after I had my experience with the buckle I went to Maurice's they have mostly the nicest employees I think I've only had one bad experience which to me is a win and it wasn't a big deal but the ladies there were so Sweet and I found kan cans cheaper than the buckle there another win they don't annoy you at ur dressing room either like that other store”
“I have shopped here religiously for years, but this store has exceeded my expectations since moving to ND in 2019. Staff is always friendly & helpful, and today just takes the cake. My husband was running errands before a camping trip this weekend and I told him I needed a swimsuit - since most of my clothes are from here, I gave him my sizes and told him to ask for help if needed. Whoever worked today did a wonderful job helping him find swimsuits for me - and I am so grateful for the patience and hard work of that staff member. Thank you!”
