The staff here at Hot Topic have known me for years, I used to regularly come in with my family and friends. They have the best conversation and always have something in stock to show me. They all deserve raises. They take a typical hot topic experience and make it special. Expert staff. Store is always clean and neat.... read full comment

Always super helpful and attentive. We live 1.5 hours away and don't come in super often but the manager (we assume) remembers us and our interests.
