Along with having terrible hours of 1-5 even if you do go during the times they are open the employees like to not show up anyways

Waiting days upon days for my mail and packages is unacceptable. And having a 4 hour window to actually speak to someone, send and pickup your packages is the worst! 1-5 PM most people are working.
