“We applied for a passport today and Marie helped us get everything all squared away. She was the nicest human. She adored my 4 year old and even gave her crayons and a coloring book and was just so nice and helpful. I had a bad attitude going into this appointment because getting a passport is stressful and she completely turned my day around. You can tell she genuinely loves her job and helping people.”
