“One of those niche places that you might not always use, but when you need something specific they'll get it done. They might take a while on repairs and such, but the reality is they are worth it because so few can do what they do with repairs, replacements, etc. They are straight shooters and make sure you know about upkeep and product information, I took some leather in and they taught me instead of upselling me.”
