“I stopped here for the first time today because I needed a shower. Put fuel on. They don’t have free showers, even with hundreds of dollars of fuel, or with their rewards. I was irritable about it. A gentleman behind the counter was on his first day. All the employees were amazing. The 5 star instead of 4 comes from when I got out of the shower, there were four employees at a table discussing the no free showers and asked what perks I receive elsewhere. I let them know a couple things. I was amazed they were even taking the time to discuss it and try to come up with something. That made me feel they cared. I just told them some of us are stuck in a box for weeks or months on end and it would be nice to get a free shower or free coffee with fuel. They listened and took mental notes. I was really impressed. A co-worker told me earlier they have a great deal on their good chicken legs also. I didn’t have them because I had to book it to my next load, but I assume they still have them. I guess the new gentleman brought up my concerns. I thought that was great also. Hard to find employees who give a darn. Thank you! Nice shower also.”
