Dominick is always there when I need something as well and makes it feel like we've known each other forever. I absolutely love living at west lake and do not have one bad word to say anymore! “I just signed up with year two of renting a property through Meridian. As someone who has lived in multiple states and been through my share of renters frustration, I can honestly say Meridian is at the top of the list of property management companies I wouldn't hesitate to use again.One thing I really liked was my rent increase was far less than I've experienced in other areas. Considering all of the inflation and increased prices, that was a nice surprise.I moved from a different state and encountered a lot of barriers getting to the house at the time that was set to meet one of their colleagues to go through the house and get the keys. They worked with me to ensure I could get into the property when I finally did get into town and saved me from another night spent in a hotel.They're very clear in their expectations and everything you need to know is laid out in the lease. I did think the amount you have to pay to bring cats into the house was a bit excessive, but once again, it was clearly outlined and the choice was mine to bring cats in the home and pay the money.Maintenance is very responsive and every time I call the office everyone there is quick to assist and answer questions. I have yet to experience anything outlined in all of negative reviews. I think an important thing to remember is if you're not following the expectations, you will more than likely end up in a situation where your wallet is impacted.I plan on continuing to rent through Meridian until I decide we're planting roots here and buying is more appropriate.”
