“Lived in one of their apartments for a year. All my calls and questions were quickly answered and move out was a breeze! They did take a little money out of my deposit for carpet cleaning, but that was stated in my lease so I knew about it. The rent was very reasonable and the building wasn't too bad. I recommend them!”

“I moved here in December 2023 and have loved it so far. I looked at this building like 3 times before finally taking the plunge. There were some hiccups when I first moved in (heat not working on december) but it got fixed right away (not a guarantee where I used to live). Kelli is great and so patient.

“Skaff Apartments has been VERY good to me , I remember it was like 22 years ago when I first came to Skaff waiting on a approval , Sam Skaff was in the office at 5002 building and he had asked me if I have been helped, I said yes I am just waiting for an credit approval he said really I approve you and I moved into the 4902 building since then I have moved to many other locations with Skaff and now have been in the 5002 building for almost 10 years , the office staff is AWESOME and care about you needs and concerns for any repairs you may need to your apartment I plan to stay for years to come.”

“Jarred the plumber of Goldmark properties came into my apartments, respectful courteous, a true man of his word got the work done in little to no time I truly appreciate him this man really deserves a raise and this was my first time meeting this man he came into my home and was able to do the job efficiently and he was friendly. You guys need more workers like him.”
