“Lived in one of their apartments for a year. All my calls and questions were quickly answered and move out was a breeze! They did take a little money out of my deposit for carpet cleaning, but that was stated in my lease so I knew about it. The rent was very reasonable and the building wasn't too bad. I recommend them!”
“This place has a very friendly and helpful building manager and maintenance staff. And most people that live in here are very friendly. Once in awhile someone will smoke in the building or their apartment when they aren't supposed to or not be 20 feet from entrances, but the building manager cracks down on things that violate their lease.
And the neighborhood is nice and friendly. Don't usually have to worry about people. But once in awhile there is someone that is high or drunk but is taken care of quickly by the police if they start causing a problem.”
“I moved here in December 2023 and have loved it so far. I looked at this building like 3 times before finally taking the plunge. There were some hiccups when I first moved in (heat not working on december) but it got fixed right away (not a guarantee where I used to live). Kelli is great and so patient.
My niece and nephew love visiting and saying hi to people walking by when we are sitting on the roof terrace.”

“Skaff Apartments has been VERY good to me , I remember it was like 22 years ago when I first came to Skaff waiting on a approval , Sam Skaff was in the office at 5002 building and he had asked me if I have been helped, I said yes I am just waiting for an credit approval he said really I approve you and I moved into the 4902 building since then I have moved to many other locations with Skaff and now have been in the 5002 building for almost 10 years , the office staff is AWESOME and care about you needs and concerns for any repairs you may need to your apartment I plan to stay for years to come.”

“The onsite staff are top notch. The complex is well maintained and the landscaping (trees) gives the whole property a great feelings during my morning walks.
The pool/spa and underground parking are always a plus for the long and cold winters.
All the maintenance technicians act respectful and professional. Its always a pleasure to see and interact with them on the property. Maintenance requests are always completed in a reasonable timeline.”
“Ryan came in to fix our fridge, he did an excellent job was in and out within 20 min. Good conversationalist as well, usually these interactions are awkward he made it feel very safe.”
“Jarred the plumber of Goldmark properties came into my apartments, respectful courteous, a true man of his word got the work done in little to no time I truly appreciate him this man really deserves a raise and this was my first time meeting this man he came into my home and was able to do the job efficiently and he was friendly. You guys need more workers like him.”
“Valley Rental has made renting experience very convenient for me. Whenever I call regarding service requests, they are right on time. I recently transferred with them and got my security deposit back. The management team is very responsive.”
