“Updated review: after making this post I recieved a call from a local manager who profusely apologized and fixed my account in a few clicks. She was very very kind and told me the original banker I had dealt with would be re trained on customer service skills. I am still struggling with fees being applied before credits, but they are working on it. Original post: Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Customer service reps are beyond rude. Checks get rejected even if your paycheck is in there and "pending". NSF are applied before the debit is finalized.”
