My S21 was freezing and restarting for quite some time. It was time for a new phone. Stopped by WF store. Brennan was informative, patient, courteous and just an all-around nice guy. He took the time to talk to me and explain unknowns. He gave me alternatives to my needs. Highly, highly recommend Brennan.

Everyone here is amazing! I love Victra stores. They have high class training, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. I recommend them above anywhere else for Verizon customers. Adam, AJ, Jon, Brennan, and Carter are all top notch.
