About Boot Barn
Boot Barn is a store for boots, work clothes, and western wear. Customers love the products, especially the awesome boots, noting a good selection with great prices. The store is recommended for boots needed for work, ranch, farm, or going out. However, the clothing selection is seen as more limited to popular styles rather than actual western wear. Reviews on service are mixed. Some staff are described as super kind, helpful, and accommodating, listening carefully to needs. Other experiences note poor customer service, with staff unwilling to help, giving abrupt answers, or disappearing after being asked. This leads some customers to prefer shopping online.

Would like to have a more ample supply of casual boots and not quite so many steel and composite toe boots.
