“I just want to give a huge shout-out to the team at Runnings, especially Danielle! I had purchased some chicks and later found an issue, which I wasn’t expecting. I reached out to the store and was met with nothing but kindness and understanding. Danielle was incredibly helpful and took the time to talk with her manager, and they not only refunded my purchase but also provided a gift card as a gesture of goodwill. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine and accommodating. I truly appreciate how they handled the situation—I’ll definitely continue shopping here and recommend them to others. Thank you again, Danielle and the Runnings team!”

“Despite them not having very many options for 3x or larger , the service was amazing. Chloe was so sweet and went above and beyond to go to the backroom and look for more options that may have fit my husband. Kristina the store manager is a GEM. Very friendly and informative. I'll definitely be returning, hopefully by than they will have more options for big and tall ! - Brianna”
