“Excellent customer service! Helped with all my questions, explained the bill, gave me a quote then asked to proceed. NOT pushy at all like other Verizon stores. I could walk in there any day and just hang out with the whole team from Williston, ND. Absolutely great! I will always return to this store specifically!!!!”

“Great service, took my phone in the a.m. and was done with it in no time. Being I’ve got an older phone made it that much better that he was able to do the job. Recommend giving this guy a shout if you’ve got something electronic you need repaired, you know!”

“Great over the phone customer service. I desperately needed some electronic components I couldn't find anywhere in Minot. These guys were able to go through their old inventory, find what I needed and call me back in a very short time. I told them I was willing to pay an arm and a leg for what I needed and they still charged a fair price. 10/10”

“I would like to express my gratitude to your company's manager for your employee, Leslis. While serving me, I saw her qualities such as politeness, attentiveness, speed, professional competence, and excellent knowledge and proficiency with electronics. I saw her successfully serve two clients at once, and both left satisfied. I ask you to promote her and increase her salary. I am confident that your company will be very successful in the future with such an employee. Your new client, Igor Erenchuk.”
