BeMobile Inc. provides excellent and quick customer service. Staff are very polite, helpful, and take time to set up devices. They answer all questions, offer great deals, and help keep bills low. Customers report being super happy and very happy with the service received. It is a favorite Verizon store in town, known for its attentive help where customers do not wait at all. Many express a desire to continue being helped at this location.
Excellent customer service! Helped with all my questions, explained the bill, gave me a quote then asked to proceed. NOT pushy at all like other Verizon stores. I could walk in there any day and just hang out with the whole team from Williston, ND. Absolutely great! I will always return to this store specifically!!!!
