As usual, Audra and her team provided superior service in both setting up the account and connecting the new AI voice-assisted options that replace Bixby. We are so grateful that Audra and staff are willing to give us extended time for set up and offer the most cost effective solutions. My buddy, who is quite isolated in his assisted living unit, is so happy that he can command and listen to many more applications on the new phone. It is his lifeline to the outside world.”
