What an easy and friendly experience at JayWraps! Jay is so helpful and patient with explaining the process and products offered. My truck looks so good after the upgrades Jay worked on. So professional and meticulous - definitely someone you can trust to do detailed and specific work on your vehicle. And the shop is the cleanest I've ever been in. You can tell it's a place where Jay cares about delivering quality service. Highly recommend!! What a gem for our small community.

I had some stripes installed on my Grand Cherokee, all said and done they looked crooked. Jay reached out to me and offered to remove them and reinstall using newer techniques he now had available. He wanted to make it right.5 stars for amazing customer service through both processes, righting a wrong and always going above and beyond for your customers satisfaction.

Jay was very accommodating, he managed to make time for me and waited a little while longer. When I didn’t have a ride, he followed me to where I wanted to go, and he grabbed my vehicle, took it to his shop, and brought it back once he was finished.Got it done within 30 to 45 mins!
