“I was so thoroughly impressed with this company and the people who work there!My initial estimate appointment was with Jeremy and he was such a kind, approachable, professional person. He was sympathetic to a scratch I incurred of my own fault, and of the multiple places I went to for a quote, he was the only one to suggest trying out buffing and paint pen touch up first, then wait over winter and see if I would still want a full repair job done. He was easy to talk to and I really appreciated his alternative solution - he should definitely be commended for a job well done!! (Thanks Jeremy!) I should note too that the estimate was emailed to me within a day or two - no long delays! (Unlike one place I went to - they never even emailed me an estimate!)Fast forward to the actual repair job and the result was just fantastic! For a much lower cost, they did an excellent job and you can barely see any remaining scratches. Very impressive. The man I dealt with when picking up the car was also so friendly and professional - just a great experience once again (unfortunately I did not get his name).All in all, it's clear to see that the staff at Recon Express love what they do and helping people out with car repairs. Every person I dealt with demonstrated this. The job (because it was smaller) was quick to be booked in after the estimate and it took the amount of time they estimated it would - and the cost matched the quote exactly. I think it's very telling that when I spoke to someone doing an estimate for me at a different shop (a competitor!), that they recommended Recon Express.I will happily recommend Recon Express to anyone who needs car repair. “Someone has hit your car in your residential parking lot and has left without notification, it is raining really hard and one of those days when the cold is going to your bones. Feeling defeated you walk in to the Dartmouth Collision Office anticipating what the next step will be. Then a ray of sunshine by the name of Tony walks with you...in the pouring rain.. to observe car damage and takes it in to bldg. for 20 minutes, adjusts and shines up scrapes almost like new so you drive home feeling satisfied. I chose to buy a new bumper where winter was approaching to avoid future problems. An appointment was made for in a couple. weeks time. I left my car early one Monday morning and got a call at noon next day to say repairs had been completed.. My Corolla looked brand new. Paint job on bumper...excellent and they detailed car inside and out. I was beyond happy with the results. Thank you everyone, especially Tony whose sunny disposition has a way of rubbing off on those around him.”

“I have been bringing my personal vehicles and all my work pickup trucks to Civic Pride for over 7 years at least. I run an environmental consulting business and we are extremely hard on vehicles. Civic Pride has been excellent- keeping us on the road and in business. They are extremely responsive. I find their prices are extremely fair and I trust them implicitly. I have a staff of 28 and I know that some of them also use Civic Pride. I highly recommend them. Donnie is a rock star. I doubt he is much of a singer though.”
