“I recently bought a new travel trailer and needed to get break controls and a few other things done to feel comfortable on my first camping trip. Of course I waited until the last minute to get these things done. This wasn't a quick fix by any means. When I called and explained my situation they were very professional and asked me to come in. The owner and his team made me feel at ease as they promised me they would get it done by coming in early the next morning. The job was done like promised with high quality. This is customer service !! I would recommend them to anyone.”

“I'm updating my review because I believe it's important to recognize a company that stands behind its customers.
Over the past couple of years, we experienced a few issues with work performed on several of our company trucks, including an AeroSkin installation that resulted in hood damage, an intermittent remote starter issue, and a mix-up on a recent installation order. As a business owner, these situations were frustrating because they resulted in downtime, additional trips, and inconvenience for our team.
What ultimately earned Action Car & Truck a 5-star review wasn't that everything went perfectly—it was how they responded. The manager personally took ownership of the situation, reached out, listened to our concerns, and made things right.
