“We had a great experience with Enterprise from start to finish. The check-in and check-out were quick and seamless, which made the whole rental process very convenient. The representative was friendly, professional, and pleasant to deal with, making the interaction easy and stress-free. The 2026 Toyota Sienna was an excellent choice for our family trip—clean, comfortable, spacious, and in great condition. It suited all our needs perfectly, especially for travelling with the family and luggage. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free experience with a great car and excellent customer service. We would definitely rent from Enterprise again!”

“I can’t say enough good things about the customer service I received at this location! Due to unforeseen circumstances, including health issues in my family, I ended up renting a car for a couple of months. It was a very stressful time for me on many levels, and Alex and Shar made a difficult situation so much easier. They helped make my rental experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. They were kind, understanding, and accommodating and that truly made a difference when I needed it most. Sometimes, excellent customer service is about more than just doing your job; it’s about how you treat people and how you make them feel. Alex and Shar made me feel cared for, so thank you to both of you! Enterprise is fortunate to have you on their team. I would absolutely choose Enterprise again, and specifically this branch, anytime I need a rental in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding customer service!”

“5/5 Stars! I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at the Lower Sackville Enterprise branch. I am currently renting with a debit card, which usually involves a lot of strict criteria, but Branch Manager Chris Ives and Assistant Branch Manager Mason Moore went completely above and beyond for me. They spent time exploring every possible angle, made phone calls to find the best solution, and successfully got me approved. Their helpfulness, patience, and dedication completely blew me away. Thank you so much, Chris and Mason, for turning a stressful situation into a seamless success! Highly recommend this location!”

“Incredible service and attention from start to finish! This was my family's first time visiting the east coast on vacation and we had the pleasure to be serviced by Junaid Arshad, who was exceptional 👏🏽. We arrived earlier than our reservation time and this 3387 Kempt Rd location was so accommodating and understanding of our situation. Junaid presented us with options to ensure our family had the best possible vehicle for our vacation. Drop-off was also extremely quick with attentive service where Junaid also assisted in sourcing us a cab so that we made it back to the airport on time. Thank you Junaid! You truly went above and beyond.”

“I rented a car from the Avis location at Halifax Airport, and the next day, noticed the tire on my rental vehicle was defective - there was a subtle but dangerous bubble on the sidewall of the tire. The staff at this location were fantastic. They exchanged vehicles for me and were remarkably efficient considering the mountain of paperwork that needed to be filled and signed. Within 20 minutes, I was on my way again. I can attest that everything was done correctly in Avis's system, because there were no problems dropping the swapped vehicle back at the airport. A+ for the staff at this location; I'm grateful for your professionalism.”
