Upon picking up the vehicle and corresponding I met Chris and Nathan (my husband said Mason) apologies! They were both amazing,super friendly and helped me through a very stressful time as I was renting the car due to my car being written off in a motor vehicle accident. Excellent customer service, responsive and efficient.”

The handful of staff I seen working that day were all so kind & the one gentleman who’s name was Alex I believe if I remember correctly, was fantastic to deal with. “I had a fantastic experience renting from the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location on Barrington Street in Halifax.
From start to finish, everything went smoothly. The vehicle was clean and ready when I arrived, making the pickup process quick and hassle free.
What really stood out was the outstanding customer service.
I got caught in unexpected traffic on my way back and ended up returning the car about an hour late.
The manager (Syed) was incredibly understanding and kindly waived the additional charge, which otherwise would have meant paying for an extra day.
That level of kindness and customer care is rare these days. The staff genuinely care about their customers and go the extra mile to provide an excellent experience.
I highly recommend this location and will definitely rent from them again whenever I'm in Halifax.”

“Excellent service. The guy was there pretty much immediately when i dropped my car off to be fixed and I was in and out with a rental in less than 15 minutes. I wasn’t late for work which was great… I also liked that they gave me a choice of about 5 cars. The car was beautiful. Excellent friendly customer Service from everyone. I will choose enterprise every time and highly recommend.”

“I rented a car from the Avis location at Halifax Airport, and the next day, noticed the tire on my rental vehicle was defective - there was a subtle but dangerous bubble on the sidewall of the tire.
The staff at this location were fantastic. They exchanged vehicles for me and were remarkably efficient considering the mountain of paperwork that needed to be filled and signed. Within 20 minutes, I was on my way again.
I can attest that everything was done correctly in Avis's system, because there were no problems dropping the swapped vehicle back at the airport.
A+ for the staff at this location; I'm grateful for your professionalism.”
