I had all of my items prepared ahead of time and knew what I wanted, but one of my items was out of stock in the size I wanted. The sales associate listed what they did have available and I was able to choose an alternative. They had a lot of selection in items which is why I chose to order from them! Her mom wanted to wash them and told me that she loves them so much that when her mom told her she needed to wash them she started to cry. “But I don’t have anything else that is cozy.
